For many clients, we may function in the capacity of Third Party Administrator with the recordkeeping of the assets performed by the custodian of the assets. For other plans, PB&H Benefits is both Third Party Administrator and Recordkeeper of the assets.
Our administration packages range from minimal regulatory filing services to a full service package in which we maintain daily activity of the plan. With any service package, PB&H Benefits also assists you with regulatory compliance to maintain the qualified status of your plan.
Through partnership with major recordkeeping service vendors, PB&H Benefits offers annual plan administration services. Your annual administration will include a review and reconciliation of employer and employee contributions with the preferred service provider. Employer profit sharing contributions, including new comparability plans, and plan forfeiture processing are also part of PB&H Benefits annual administration service.
Through partnerships with trusted custodial firms, PB&H Benefits maintains several daily traded platforms and online daily account access for participants and plan sponsors. With access to over 14,000 mutual funds, Electronically trades funds (ETFs), collective trust funds and target date funds, PB&H can administer a plan specially designed with your investment policies and standards in mind. Pooled accounts are maintained by the custodian with PB&H Benefits maintining all participant records. In addition, PB&H Benefits will assist you in every aspect of your plan operation including but not limited to contribution processing, loan program administration, distributions, and participant support.

Under our concierge solution, we will work with you and your payroll provider to ease the administrative workload through payroll uploads and compiling census information at year-end. Whether by maintaining your plan document or issuing annual required notices and statements, PB&H Benefits becomes your trusted compliance officer. We will complete all non-discrimination testing required under law and keep you updated on 401k news and deadlines through our quarterly plan sponsor newsletter. In addition, PB&H Benefits will prepare your plan’s Form 5500 and/or Form 1099-Rs; and provide audit support for larger plans.
