Cost Comparison

The American 401k charges $500 per year plus $20  per eligible employee.  For employers with 100 or more eligible employees, the cost per eligible employee is $15/annually.     One time set up charges range from $250 for a new plan to $500 if you have an existing 401k.  There is NO minimum plan size.
